98台在港出售之萬事得Mazda3 / Mazda3 MPS（08年款）
將按廠方指引 向個別客戶進行跟進 |
萬事得汽車（香港）有限公司接獲日本廠方通知，有關部分於2008年1月7日至2009年3月31日期間製造的Mazda3 和Mazda3 MPS，其前擋風玻璃水撥馬達的接地線，將套上新增保護套。
經過廠方檢測後，該接地線或有可能在長期使用後接觸不良，而導致水撥不能使用。根據廠方紀錄，受影響的Mazda3 / Mazda3 MPS在港只有98台。至今，在港並無接獲任何Mazda3 / Mazda MPS 出現相關故障。
現時，萬事得汽車（香港）有限公司正與日本廠方緊密聯繫，希望取得更多關於是次升級的資料以及所需部件。
是次跟進乃一般的預防措施。萬事得汽車（香港）有限公司將派專人以電話及郵件通知受影響車主，車主亦可隨時致電萬事得維修中心，查詢或預約相關服務。此項特別維修服務費用全免。

98 units of Mazda3 / Mazda3 MPS (08 model year) sold in Hong Kong
will be followed-up based on the Mazda Motor Corporation’s guideline |
Mazda Motors (Hong Kong) Limited has received notice from Mazda Motor Corporation headquarter that, the ground wire of windshield wiper motor of the Mazda3 / Mazda3 MPS produced between Jan 7, 2008 and Mar 31, 2009, are required to have additional ground harness installed.
After factory testing, there is a possibility that the ground wire of the windshield wiper motor might be bent inadvertently, and result in an inoperative wiper motor over time. According to factory records, there are only 98 vehicles are affected in Hong Kong. Till now, we did not receive any related reports from the affected vehicles.
Mazda Motors (Hong Kong) Limited is working with Mazda Motor Corporation closely to get more information and relevant components for this upgrade campaign.
This is a preventive follow-up action. Mazda Motors (Hong Kong) Limited will contact the affected owners by phone and mail notice. Owners may also contact the Mazda Service Centers to enquire or reserve related maintenance services. The special service is totally free of charge.
